This guidebook was created in collaboration with Neami staff and community members to facilitate conversations about social connection journeys. It draws on the lived experiences of individuals facing mental health challenges, neurodiversity, and disabilities and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
The guidebook includes activities that help you explore what social connection means to you, either with a trusted person or on your own. It features guided questions and conversation cards to support discussions and reflections, allowing you to engage with the content at your own pace.
